The program that is used to create the demo's we made is called "Virtools" and although this program is extremely creative, and puts out some pretty amazing results, it's taken up a huge amount of time to learn how to use it, and how all the commands work.

Every so often the program might crash, forget actions you've saved, or just stop allowing keyboard shortcuts to be used, and when this happened it was extremely frustrating. You'd have to go through your whole demo again to see what might not have been saved, and then run the demo in full again, and this became extremely time consuming. I believe this could have been prevented if we had used a more familiar program used in the industry, or used another program which might not have been so new into the market.
